Brandon Moreau and Rendezvous Des Amis ~ Cajun Favored Henrie Brothers

The Harmony House is excited to announce the return of Brandon Moreau, a revered Cajun fiddler & vocalist born & raised in Basile Louisiana ~ on Sat Nov 21.  Brandon will be bringing an incredibly special set of musicians, “Rendezvous Des Amis”, to back him.  For starters a Cajun flavored version of the “Henrie Brothers”, a celebrated family of string driven musicians from Middlesex NY.  Adding to the mix, Betsy Terr Fuller of the fabulous Terr family, a powerhouse on rhythm guitar who’s been an ambassador for Louisiana music and culture for many years with bands like C’est Bon.

Growing up in Basile LA, Brandon was deeply influenced by the hometown hero, Cajun music legend, Dewey Balfa, whose style is core to Brandon's fiddle style and feel.  In addition to Dewey Balfa, Brandon learned Cajun music from both his father Kim and grandfather Vorrance Moreau, so was influenced by their prairie style…
