Valley Ticketing was established to offer an alternative to other ticketing sites that charge excessive fees to attendees that hurt presale conversions for concerts presented by Geneseo Jam Kitchen. Now we have a great ticketing platform that we use for concerts we present in addition to other music and community events in the Beautiful Valley and beyond!

Service Fee

The service fee  offsets the transaction fees from the ticketing host site, merchant card fees, processing fees, and operating expenses for the ticketing site. Unlike EventBrite and Ticket Master, we charge the least amount possible so you can support your favorite band or event by purchasing in advance!

Refunds

Unless specified, ticket sales are final. We do appreciate that emergencies can happen, please reach out in advance of the event date if you life gets in the way of you being able to enjoy the event, and we will see if there is anything we can do (some event organizers we do ticketing for have stricter guidelines than others).

Event Cancellations

If you've purchased tickets to an event and it is cancelled for any reason, you will be refunded 100% of your original purchase price, including the Service Fee, at the presenting organizations expense. ​
